U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer at 2002 Alabama Avenue, Bremen, Georgia.

I am fortunate to never have to deal with this particular location again. I have been moving for the past 15 years with the military and any time I complete a move on my own, I use UHaul. I arrived at this location at my pickup time only to find that it was a gas station and at the time of my pickup, it was closed. The cashier for the gas station was also the rep for UHaul. She was late arriving for my pick up and I then had to wait in line behind early morning lottery customers. She told me to sign and initial that the truck was clean and had no damage that had not already been documented. I know from experience that this is not UHaul's procedures and refused to sign before doing a walk around. The rep did not walk with me and did not confirm the damages I found on the vehicle. She also did not provide me with the keys to check the cab or the box for damage or cleanliness. When I annotated this on the form, she marked through my writing. I then arrived home only to find that I was not given adequate mileage to reach my destination. I also noticed that in the box of the truck, there was a towel, foliage, and animal feces. The entire box smelled like someone had transported a pack of dogs. I understand that is a risk I take with renting a truck versus having someone move me and I am ok with that. I am not ok with the lack of customer service I received from this particular location. I honestly feel that their ability to rent UHaul products and operate under the UHaul name should be revoked
